Lane closed, on LINCOLN TUNL WB at LINCOLN TUNL
One of three tubes is closed Monday through Friday from 11pm to 5am and Saturday 1am to 9am and Sunday from 1am to 10am for PANY NJ maintenance activity. During these times two tubes will remain open with two lanes of traffic available in each direction. These lane closures are required to facilitate PANY NJ work. The westbound Lincoln Tunnel Helix in New Jersey will be closed to traffic Saturday from 1:30am to 9:30am. Two lanes on the westbound helix will be closed Friday 11:30pm to Saturday 1:30pm. This work including repairs and repaving will occur through late fall by PANY NJ.

Closed, on WHITESTONE EXPY at VAN WYCK EXPY
All two lanes from the northbound Van Wyck Expressway ramp to the northbound Whitestone Expressway will shift to the right onto newly constructed bridge deck. One lane may be closed on the Whitestone Expressway, as needed, in each direction from 10am to 3pm weekdays; 10pm to 5am Monday nights to Friday mornings; 10pm Friday to 6am Saturday and 10pm Saturday to 11am Sunday. Two lanes in each direction may be closed 1am to 5am Tuesday to Friday; 1am to 6am Saturday, and 2am to 9am Sunday to facilitate NYSDOT reconstruction activity through late November 2008.

One lane may be closed on the above roadways northbound towards the Brooklyn Battery tunnel from 10am to 3pm weekdays. One lane may be closed on the above roadways southbound towards the Verrazano Narrows Bridge from 7am to 3pm weekdays to facilitate NYSDOT long term work.

This street was converted to one way eastbound to facilitate NYCDEP water shaft work until the end of March 2009.

This roadway may be closed 11pm to 5am weeknights until the end of December 2008 to facilitate NYCDDC roadway and precinct building construction activity.

As of April 24, 2007 four lanes of traffic maintained 7am to 10am, and 3pm to 7pm weekdays, three lanes other times to facilitate long term NYCT Second Avenue Subway construction activity to the end of 2010.

One of three southbound lanes may be closed as needed 10am to 3pm and 10pm to 6am weekdays, 10pm Friday to 7am Saturday, and 10pm Saturday to 10am Sunday. Two of three southbound lanes may be closed 12:01am to 5am Tuesday to Friday, 1am to 6am Saturday and 2am to 9am Sunday to facilitate NYC Parks Department work until April 2009.

One lane may be closed northbound to the Bronx 10am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 2:30pm Friday, and 6am to noon Saturday and Sunday. One lane may be closed southbound to Queens 10am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 2:30pm Friday, 6am to noon Saturday and Sunday. Two of four lanes may be closed Queens bound Monday night to Friday mornings from 10pm to 6am, and 11pm to 6am Friday and Saturday nights. One lane in each direction may be closed Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 11:59am to facilitate MTA deck replacement work.

Road maintenance operations, on EXTERIOR ST at E 149TH ST
This roadway was closed as of December 4th, 2006 until March 27, 2008 to facilitate long term new building and roadway reconstruction for the Bronx Terminal Market. Effective March 28th, 2008 one lane in each direction reopened to traffic, while the eastern half of the roadway remains under construction until April 2009. Note: The northbound entrance ramp to the Major Deegan Expressway is closed from Exterior Street until the end of February 2009 to facilitate NYSDOT ramp rehabilitation.

Lane closures may occur off peak hours to facilitate PANY NJ maintenance work. Three of four upper level lanes to New York eastbound will be closed weekends from 10pm Friday to 10am Saturday and from 10pm Saturday to 10am Sunday through the fall of 2008 except Holiday weekends of July 3 and Labor Day to facilitate pavement rehabilitation work. Additionally the Palisades Parkway entrance closed and diverted to lower level through Fort Lee Fletcher Avenue .
