Car Theft -- Our car was stolen from the lot at The Parking Spot. After years of being loyal customers and parking only with them on a regular basis, their corporate offices have ignored our claims, ignored a letter from our lawyer, and when- 3 months after the incident- they finally did make us an offer, it was for half of the claim. THEIR security cameras have the incident recorded and their employees know precisely what happened, as do the police, but The Parking Spot insists that we had the car stolen so that we could get money from them. They have been horrific to work with and all but impossible to get a hold of. It's unfortunate that the quality local branch is being given a bad name because of the irresponsible, uncaring actions of corporate. If you park with them, be prepared for any potential harm done to your car to take months to settle and endless frustration in the meantime.
